Help with Lost AWD-to-FBA Shipments – Cases Open Over 2 months

I'm reaching out kindly to request guidance and support regarding several FBA shipments that were transferred from AWD but have not been received in my inventory and have not yet been reimbursed.

I've opened cases and submitted all the required documentation.

However, many of the cases have been open for over 2 months, and despite multiple follow-up attempts, I have not received any responses or updates.
