Hello everyone,
Over the past 10 days, we’ve encountered an issue where a significant number of our ASINs in coupon campaigns have been suppressed with the following message:
"Unsafe to advertise: ASIN is identified as potentially embarrassing or offensive and cannot be added to a coupon."
We’ve opened multiple cases with Seller Support to appeal this, but the responses we’ve received haven’t been helpful. The agents keep confirming that the ASINs are active on Amazon, which is true. However, our concern is specifically about the inability to offer coupons on these ASINs.
The products in question are vitamins, and we believe Amazon’s system is incorrectly flagging them as offensive. We’ve been offering coupons on these products for years without any issues until now.
Has anyone else experienced a similar situation, or does anyone have advice on how to resolve this? Any insights on dealing with Seller Support or alternative solutions would be greatly appreciated.

It's out of control. We sell decorative gun safes and are totally blocked from Sponsored Products and utilizing coupons. We get the same message that our ASIN is embarrassing or offensive, yet there are thousands of safes and dozens of brands advertising similar items on Amazon.
