Account deactivted and unable to remove inventory

My account got deactivated nearly 2 months ago, due to section 3 selling inauthentic products. We listed an ungated product, we did not purchase or sell the product because the supplier failed to provide us with a letter of authorisation so we decided to look for a different supplier. Before we could do something out account got deactivated. We have submitted POA and appeals nearly everyday, We have given good reasoning, accepted the violation given future selling policies but nothing is helping because it seems our appeals are not even read. Amazon says that if you did not had the product why did you list it, we have given explanation that the supplier wanted the shipping address to calculate full cost so we had to list the product to gain FBA warehouse address. The seller team says because you have listed the product provide us with the invoice. We are unable to do that because we did not buy the product. Our appeals are rejected within hours as if they are not even looked into. We cannot provide invoices because we havent bought or sold any units.

We have written to all departments even the managing director. but no reply from them either. We are left to deal with the seller team who are not very informative and following their advice is making the situation worse. We have been receiving emails to remove the inventory otherwise it will be disposed off, we are trying to do so but the seller team replys that we cant do do unless the we get the account reactivated. We submitted a future selling product invoice that we will use only verified suppliers but amazon has rejected stating that the invoice is fake and the supplier did not verify the invoice when we called him, this is not true, because the supplier wrote to us that no one from amazon called the warehouse to check the invoice and the invoice is original. Let me remind, we are doing private lable and never sold any other brand. We have submitted all invoices of our own branded goods but amazon have refused to consider them.

I would like to mention that seller support gives controversial and misleading information, that advice about removing inventory or reactivating the account was unprofessional and far from real situation.

I dont know if anyone has been in a similar situation?

I don’t think you’ll get any different information to the thread a few weeks back.

You listed a product you didn’t have in stock, which isn’t a great thing to do on Amazon, as you have found. You’ve given a reasoning, but this is an excuse that could then be used by any drop shipper, so they can’t be lenient.

I would say your only avenue at this point would be look up mediation.
