REJECTED $5000 AtoZ Claim w/ SOLID ProofofDelivery&PICTURES&VIDEOS
Customer purchased item, we shipped it through Freight company with VALID Proof of Delivery, Signatures and pictures, EVEN VIDEOS, customers denies receiving the item and we sent it all through A-Z and then as well as directly to the customer - it is all there for Amazon to see but Amazon does not look at them and denies the appeals and APPEALS cannot be reopened anymore
THIS IS NOT COMPLICATED - It's totally as simple as it can be as all the INFORMATION is there
It's sooooo much money and no one is helping us - this is happening REPEATEDLY where customers are defrauding us and Amazon claiming in their email that "However, you did not provide the carrier name or it does not show any tracking information on the carrier's website."
We have clear tracking provided and POD provided on Order 701-7708252-5336254 for $2815.74, there is a LINK to the website to show detailed dates and tracking information, the order was even delivered earlier than expected, with clear CARRIER NAME and detail tracking and signature
Then secondly, we have 20 pictures/videos showing that deliveries are made and received by the customer on Order 702-6708292-5531448 for $1692.74 and still it was considered as "NOT SUFFICIENT"
Then thirdly, we have the same thing happening on Order 701-6825829-1685009 for $1014.74 with CLEAR video showing ADDRESS where it was delivered, the person who opened the door and delivered inside the house and the receiver's FACE which shows that that took the item
3 CLAIMS - ALL OF THEM APPEALS REJECTED totally $5552 with ALL OF THEM CLEARLY delivered, shown in every single step - I mean you can claim UPS didn't deliver it even when it shows delivery but we have 20 pictures and videos showing delivery at the address with GOOGLE MAPS showing the location of the house and still it isn't sufficient
It's literally ridiculous - how can I continue when I'm out $5522 in a few months

What item did they buy from you that is 5552$ thats crazy for an amazon order. They really knew what they were doing though. The most common thing with FBM is this and you can not prevent it.

Yes, but the shipping template for the listing has to be designated Heavy / Bulky in order for that to work. If it's not designated, you can't use a heavy/bulky carrier.

It seems very odd that 3 separate buyers are making the same claim.
I'm not saying Amazon is in the right, but boy, GLS has terrible reviews (when googled), with many claims of unethical practices.
Can you tell if the same sub-contractor was involved in all 3 deliveries?

whenever you are shipping such items of high value.ship it to the post office for the customer to pick up with their id, that way you get the signature confirmation on the courier website

We have similar issues, have yet to get it resolved, it not only stole thousands from us, it also affects the ODR.
Edit: We also have signature of matching name of the order, at the correct address etc.

ANOTHER NEW ONE that's been declined. Order ID: 702-3578232-1791434 for $2472.88 - the customer purchased an item and claimed that item is defective or damaged and does NOT return it and there is no return information but yet AtoZ grants the claim I appealed and they said we've decided to "uphold their decision". If that's the case, why would anyone actually return anything, they just need to open a case and not return it and Amazon will give it to them for free. If amazon wants to give it to them for free, then they can do it. Why am I paying for it and then counting it against my ORD. I shipped it the same day, customer received it and signed for it and month later, they say its defective.
