You can read into our Help page on Remote Fulfillment with FBA which advises:

"Customer returns

Note: The FBA return processing fees on the US FBA policy don’t apply to Remote Fulfillment. Remote Fulfillment with FBA doesn’t charge FBA return fees in any category.

For more information, go to Returns processing fee."
