unit count update

I received a notification that one of my product listings has been suppressed. When I attempted to review and resolve the issue, I encountered the following message:

"You are not authorized to fix this issue. A contribution from the brand owner or an authorized reseller is required to resolve this issue and activate the ASIN. If you are the brand owner or an authorized reseller for this brand, please apply for the appropriate role for this brand in Amazon Brand Registry." I contacted seller support, and they sent an email saying I should update the unit count to get the Asin reactivated within 48 hours. I tried editing the listing however, I didn't come across unit count under offer. Any help would be much appreciated. The case ID is
