Recieved intellectual complaints

Hi,

I recieved an intellectual property complaint about a month ago for a book I have been purchasing direct from original manufacturer and i recieved a complaint from someone acting as the rights owner

I have contacted the manufacturer and they have said they did not lodge this complaint and when i email the person who lodged the complaint it says the email does not exist and bounces back.

I have submitted countless invoices from the factory who publishes the book then i called amazon and they said they want a LOA from them which i have recieved from them signed by the companys ceo and submitted to amazon multiple times

Each time it gets rejected instantly amazon do not even review the doccument which is genuine. I have got the supplier to reach out to amazon also to no luck what can i do now? As they are rejecting it instantly and i have 1000s of units sitting in amazon ready to be sold.
