REVIEW MANIPULATION.
Dear Team,
I have recently identified multiple listings within the same category in which I sell, where it appears that reviews are being manipulated. Specifically, I noticed that the product listing for a dehumidifier sold under the brand name "BANRIN" (ASIN B0D3F1JV2N) on Amazon UK has several recent reviews that are relevant to the product. However, there are thousands of older reviews that are associated with an entirely different product—a chicken seasoning and salt—listed under the same brand on Amazon US (ASINs B008QOFT1C, B07RDGKC53).
I have reported these violations via the Account Health page, but I received an automated response indicating that no violation has been detected, despite review manipulation being a clear breach of Amazon’s policies.
Could you please investigate these issues as a matter of urgency? Such practices not only undermine the integrity of the platform but also create an unfair marketplace for sellers who adhere to Amazon's guidelines.
