HELP! Tax Id Verification (In Progress) INFORM CONSUMER ACT
I, like many others, recently submitted my INFORM Consumers Act for verification. However, a few days later, I received a warning stating, "Your account is at risk of deactivation," with the Tax ID verification still "In Progress" and no actions available except to wait.
Everything, that I can see, is marked as verified and complete.
I contacted chat support, who said it was a technical error and advised me to wait 48-72 hours for resolution. This time has passed and I still have this warming.
I have raised a case with support to follow up - Case ID: 17228630101
Can someone advise or help further? @Emet_Amazon?

I have been informed that the account at this time should be fully verified and all banners removed from the account. Although resolved, should anything else occur with the INFORM process, please follow up here with examples or screenshots so we can work with the appropriate teams on any needed resolutions.
