A buyer left a negative feedback for me - I quote:
"The feedback rating is because I sent them an e-mail about it, asking if I was missing something or if the listing was incorrect. They never took the time to respond."
This is simply untrue - He sent me an email on November 19 at 11:39pm and I sent him a comprehensive answer on November 20 at 9:56am
He also stated that the part did not fit (although he says that it is not the reason for the negative, see above) The part does fit he simply ordered the wrong part as can be seen in my reply.
The worst part about this is that not only did I answer his message but I also offered to fix his problem free of charge as a gesture of good will.
Amazon refuse point blank to remove or even review this feedback even though this feedback will result in suppressed sales on my account for the usual 60 days
What is really ironic is a recent poll on my seller central page (you know the type) asking if "Amazon was a good place for small business"
Seriously!! you could not make this up
It is not, as a small business you simply cannot rely on Amazon to protect you
After badgering back and forth with CS over this feedback with Amazon flatly refusing to do anything about it they finally agreed to remove it.
