Proof of address document verification taking too long.
Hello @Winston_Amazon, can you anyone else help me with this.
On 1st of May 2024 I was asked to upload within 60 days my account owner's proof of address document for verification. I uploaded this document on 13th of May 2024 and I was told that the verification could take 24 hours or maximum 10 working days. Now both these deadlines have passed both the verification process is still pending. I have asked the seller support and one of the support person said they have personally checked with the verification team and it is nearing complete. I do not mind waiting but the problem is that Amazon has put all my offers "ineligible for featured offer". This includes the offers where I am the only seller. I am not getting any sales for last 4 days. Now I want either the Amazon completes the verification and if they need further information I will provide accordingly OR they can keep taking their time for the verification but let my offers be the Featured Offer if they qualify on other matrices.
