Integrated carrier DX FREIGHT not updating to Delivered

Hi, just checking if anyone else is have issues with Orders not being updated to status Delivered when using DX/ DX Freight.

Our courier DX is integrated with Amazon, they are on the list of Integrated carriers, but orders are not updated once delivered which has already resulted in one customer putting A-Z claim for non receipt, although we supplied POD information and getting refunded by Amazon.

I spent 1,5 hours on the phone with 'Support' yesterday, one person claiming they are not on the list of integrated carriers which they are, copied from the VTR FAQ question page:

Which carriers provide tracking information to Amazon?

You can choose the carrier from the drop-down under Confirm dispatch section on Order details page among other non-integrated carriers. You can navigate to the Confirm dispatch section by going to Orders > Manage orders > Confirm shipment adjacent to your order.

Some correct carrier names are (case-sensitivity applies):

For domestic deliveries: Amazon Shipping, APC, Arrow XL, DHL Parcel UK, BJS, DPD, DX FREIGHT, Fedex, GLS, Hermes, Panther, Parcelforce, Royal Mail, TNT, TUFFNELLS, UPS, Whistl, Yodel, MHI, The Delivery Group (TDG). For China deliveries: 4PX, China Post, DHL eCommerce, JCEX, SFC, SF Express, Yanwen, Yun Express, WanbExpress, Chukou1, Fedex, UPS, TNT, DHL.

Other person claiming Merchant full filled orders won't update to status Delivered.

Getting the same reply today when replied to the case, courier is not integrated.

How do I provide scan events to customers if I use DX Delivery?

Email the DX team at email address to allow tracking scan events to flow to our systems. The DX team will then ensure that scan events are passed to us for your shipments. Mention your DX account number available in DX invoice.

I did point out to Amazon that the carrier name DX FREIGHT which they mention is case-sensitive is not all in Capitals when selecting the Carrier Code from the Confirm Shipment in Manage Orders, but according to them this isn't the issue.

Where to go from here?!?

Did you get this sorted? We are currently having the same problem with DX - we send our heavier items with DX and Amazon are saying these are invlaid, despite them tracking on the DX website no problem?!? For DPD we have to add the suffix "1550" in front of the tracking number - but I have called Amazon and they do not seem to know how to sort this yet keep saying we are below the 95%!?!?
