Hey fellow sellers,

I need some advice. Two unauthorized sellers have mapped themselves to my listings, and they are now competing for the buy box by undercutting my prices. I recently applied for a trademark and got Brand Registry approval about a week ago, but these sellers are still there.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

• Contacted the sellers directly – No response.

• Lowered my prices to regain the buy box, but it’s affecting my margins.

Ran ads to push sales, but now they are benefiting from my organic traffic.

I want to get these sellers removed as soon as possible. Since I now have Brand Registry, what are the best steps to take? I have tried submitting IP infringement but Amazon responded that they could not take any action.

If anyone has successfully removed unauthorized sellers before, I’d really appreciate your insights!
