Title: Unfair Review - Request for Guidance and Support

I'm seeking guidance and support regarding an unfair review from a customer named Lucylla, posted on August 18, 2024. The review states:

"What do I pay for Prime if I order them instead of arriving the next day they arrive three days later? Tweezers are normal we are doing business as FBA so what is our fault in this?"

The issue is that the customer received their order three days later than expected, despite being a Prime member. However, as an FBA seller, we rely on Amazon's logistics and shipping services. We've investigated the matter and found no fault on our part.

The customer's review seems unfair, as it:

1. Blames us for Amazon's shipping delay

2. Mentions the product is "normal" (implying it met expectations)

3. Fails to acknowledge our role as FBA sellers, subject to Amazon's shipping policies
