Amazon is saying i submitted forged documents....how to respond?

Today I received an urgent alert that my account is at risk of deactivation and that I need to contact the account health team ASAP.

After talking to a person on the account health team I was advised that my account is at risk because forged or falsified documents were submitted on my appeal to reactivate one of our supplement products that had been temporarily suspended because additional compliance documents were required.

The rep was not able to give me any specific info as to what document they are claiming was forged but they were able to provide the 2 ASINs' in question.

After the call I received the below email which points out the ASINs as well as the specific compliance documents which shows as a COA(Certificate of Analysis) from Eurofins.

Both of these ASINs are for the same supplement product, just different variations in the number of bottles. I spent more than $3000 doing these tests to get the proper tests and corresponding paperwork and these PDF's came directly from Eurofins, which is the largest accredited testing agency and is deeply tied into Amazon testing requirements. I have no idea why they think these documents were manipulated in anyway. Both COA's have specific report numbers and can easily be verified by Eurofins.

I have requested that my rep from Eurofins send me a letter on company letter head confirming the authenticity of the tests completed and the documentation, which I will submit on appeal. I also have receipts form Eurfins for these tests that I can submit on the appeal as well.

Besides that, I'm not sure what else to do here. It's quite unsettling to be accused of submitting forged documents when I have done no such thing.

If anyone has any suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated. On answering the appeal, how do you respond to the question of "what caused the root problem" when the documents I submitted are authentic.

Hello @Seller_u1hAgbySGfPPU,

Michelle at Amazon here. I understand that your documents were not accepted by Amazon. If you are able to ensure that your documents meet all the requirements in this help page, can you send me the case ID so I can take a look into your products? If your documents do not meet the requirements, I would go back to get your items retested to ensure they are compliant.

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Thanks,

Michelle
