EVRI Next Day
Hi folks.
Got some SFP orders to send out today as we do have most days for next day delivery and we normally use Evri with no issues so far but gone in this morning and Evri Next Day isn't even an option anymore for some reason. Yes we can send RM Tracked24 however there is quite a price jump from Evri Next Day to RM TRACKED24 so just wondered if anyone knew why Evri has disappeared or is it still there as an option for everyone else but not us etc??

Seems to be a few posts on this, my guess is that they are not meeting the delivery targets, unfortunately they are well known for falling apart this time of year.

I was the other way around; I prefer to use RM. Our prices for T24 & Evri ND are the same, so cost-wise, it makes no difference. Apart from the monthly deduction from my account for shipping adjustments due to EVRI box sizing adjustments.
All my products are under a KG, with the largest box 10 x 8 x 6 inches, but somehow, the odd order gets a sizing surcharge.
With EVRI, I have to have the parcels into the shop by midday and RM by 5.15 pm, so to keep the metrics on my side, I had to do two runs a day, the drop-off places are about 30 meters apart.
A few weeks ago, I decided to go back to one run a day, which meant that the EVRI parcels got scanned into the shop on the dispatch by day. However, I't didn't leave until the next day and missed the delivery date.
It didn't seem to affect my metrics, but soon after, all the orders came up with RM only.
So all was good. I got to use my preferred shipping service, customers got their orders on time, and I spent less time in the day on the last remnants of my business.
That was till today, and EVRI is back!!!
I don't have a choice, I'm tempted to message the customer and ask them to cancel the order and re-order, choosing a standard shipping service, and then we can send T24.

yes we have the same problem we used Evri with no issues and are now stuck with DPD who is double the price
