I am confuse how FBA work
My first shipment to the US FBA center was well received and closed. However, the content tab shows a small difference from my packing list, which I packed myself. One of the variations (256GB) is missing from the inventory available for sale or Prime, showing 0 units. Meanwhile, another variation (128GB) shows an increased number of units. I opened a case, but the information provided was not helpful.
My question is, why does the content tab show the correct units, but the inventory does not? Does this mean the content tab (see screenshot)

is useless? Additionally, the outlook of the two variations is the same, but I am certain that I labeled the boxes with the correct FNSKU barcodes. Could this have affected the receiving process? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @Seller_DYjXlDydEFVTy,
Dominic from Amazon here, what we are seeing is that the shipments sent in were not accurately packed according to this information. The ASINs were then used to make sure the other shipment had the correct amount of inventory.
Best,
Dominic
