EU seller wants to sell in the USA with separate company

Hello everyone,

Here is our situation - we’re EU-based company selling in all Europe marketplaces and now we want to start selling on the Amazon USA. We’re planning to open an USA company so my question is how to tell Amazon that we’re operating in the USA with different legal entity? We’ll sell the same products as we’re offering in Europe. One important thing regarding this is Amazon will collect sales tax and we want to be sure that it will be on behalf of the USA company not the European one. So it’s important to set up the account in a proper way.
