U-Pic Claims Must be processed directly with USPS

I have been paying for the insurance on most things for 13 years now. Just informed that U-Pic that comes with Amazon shipping cannot help you at all when it comes to making a claim against the post office.

I did online research after I discovered the Amazon USPS package insurance via U-PIC help page has no content. Screenshot below is from the U-PIC website.

Use this link to access the Claims Gateway: https://u-pic.com/claims and from there you can file a claim related to an Amazon shipment.
