I assume you mean you have applied for brand registry in Canada?

The problem is Brand Registry don't give you the exact reason. I have been declined 3 times now and because they don't give you the exact reason its hard to know why it has been declined unfortunately mate, nightmare.

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and although Brand Registry typically does not disclose a lot of information around the denial reason as per their policy, they do provide additional detail when an application has the ineligible status.
If you log into the brand registry site and go to "Brand Applications," in the "Manage," menu and click on the red "Ineligible," that is listed in status. This will provide you a detailed explanation of 6 potential reasons that your application was marked as ineligible.
