Winter Storm - Two Days of No Pickups
Today will be the second day of no pickups from either UPS or FedEx (confirmed with phone call through national lines) with USPS being hit or miss on a normal day (also called with no answer).
I've called multiple stores with none answering their phones.
I anticipated no package pickup yesterday and upgraded customer shipping accordingly to ship today...but no pickups two days in a row is unheard of for me in 8 years of selling on Amazon.
I'm not sure what to do at this point as it is now too late for vacation mode.
I saw a post from @Roxy_Amazon about a way to appeal late shipments, but a bunch of orders have already "shipped" and have labels.
Do I eat the cancellation rate, the late shipment rate, late delivery rate, or combination of all of the above?
Any insight from sellers and mods would be appreciated.
