Problem with adding a product for which I received approval from the manufacturer.

Hello,

I received written permission to sell a registered brand on Amazon. When adding the product, I got a message that I need to submit a verification form allowing me to sell the brand. When I upload pictures of the packaging, product images, and the EAN, my form gets rejected. Support is completely unhelpful and knows nothing. What are my options in this situation?

You need authorization from the brand., not the manufacturer.

Sounds as though you submitted everything BUT the LOA from the brand owner. That's what Amazon requested, not pictures of packaging, product mages and the EAN.

"When adding the product, I got a message that I need to submit a verification form allowing me to sell the brand. "

@Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9and @Seller_LImVvUWeyiCfQare correct, but I have to ask WHY when Amazon asked for an LOA did you send everything BUT an LOA?

Since you appear to be brand new, ONLY provide what Amazon asks for. Sending them any additional items will result in an almost instant REJECTION notice because it overwhelms the BOTS that look at the stuff you send.

If they ask for an invoice, send an invoice. ONLY ONE!

This is Amazon and sellers do NOT get to think, they get to comply.

For any of your items that you want to sell be 100% certain to START with having an LOA for dealing with the new, improved Amazon!

Hi there @Seller_4ody9CojJ6wOg,

I'm sorry you are having issues getting permission to list this brand. I'd like to review and see what options exist. If you provide your Case ID I can review the specific situation and see what options exist. Thank you for your understanding.
