Stranded inventory - Deleted listing and can't relist
We had some variations of a product become stranded weeks after delivery. After going back and forth with support, we were advised to delete the listings and wait 24 hours before listing again through the stranded page.
This has been a nightmare. each time we try to list, we now get errors, mainly regarding the product type, which it says needs to be changed, but there isn't anywhere to do this. It says to amend the sku and try again, but we can't, as the listing ID has been deleted; we are going round in circles.
Has anyone else had a similar issue, and how did you solve it?
