Amazon account suspen

amazon suspend my account under section 3 due to seperate account. I once made Account in Australian market but not using and than made Account in uk market. My uk account was deactivated because reverification was needed i scheduled meeting for this meanwhile i try to open and check whether my Australian market place account is working or that is also deactivated but because of using same device i got suspension from amazon. What should i do now i never intended to break amazon policy . How can i reinstane my account now ? I don't need Account in Australia because currently i'm not living in Australia i justwant to work on uk account currently.

You will need to get the first account up and running, only then can you finish getting the UK account un-suspended.

While an account is undergoing verification it is suspended from operating, so Amazon did correctly connect you to a suspended account.

At this point you can walk away from Amazon or you can get the Australian account up and running so that you can get your UK account working.

These are your only functional choices at this time.

please note that i was not using my Australian account since last 6 months also it was individual account but i was using my uk account and was on ltd . So which account should i reinstane first? And how to request amazon to reactivate my account

Thank you for the information regarding your deactivated accounts. You will need to reactivate one marketplace to reactivate the other. To figure this out, you will want to check the reason for deactivation on both markets. You should have received a performance notification that explains the reason for the deactivation.

The account that received the notification explaining that it was deactivated due to the other marketplace is going to be your second market. This market cannot be reactivated until the first one is.

Once you have identified this, you will want to navigate to the first market. You will need to resolve the issues on the first to get the reactivation of the second market. Once the first market has been reactivated, you can submit an explanation on the second including the date of reactivation for the first market.

I don't need Account in Australia because currently i'm not living in Australia i justwant to work on uk account currently.

Once you have got both markets back into an active status, you should be able to close down whichever one you do not wish to operate in.

If you need any assistance with the reactivation of the first market, continue to refer to this thread for support.
