Listings are supressed due to main image missing
Hi,
Since last 4 days, 2 of my main products have been supressed (was 3 originally but 1 is working today)
I have been going round in a loop with support team, depending on who picks up the ticket after i reply.
I have uploaded images via seller central and lastly using feed files with same error very time.
I dont believe issue is with image compliance other than support saying main image is missing.
I have different different main images but the issue persists. I am really lost now as support keep asking me to do same thing over and over.

Good Morning @Seller_MwRh9dnrhSwRf, I have reviewed your question and did not find any of your listings suppressed at this time. I did see that 4 of your ASINs were showing as 'Improve Listing Quality' which can be easily resolved by providing high quality images, brands, and descriptions.
- Images - The presence of a quality image is an important element that helps a customer choose one search result over another. Images help them to visually evaluate and compare key features and suitability of products. Multiple images enable them to see all angles of the product, further enriching their purchasing experience.
- Brand - The brand provides customers with another attribute that can serve as a basis for their purchasing decision as it allows them to filter search results. If customers filter by brand and your listing is missing the brand designation—even if it is included in the description—the customers may never find your listing.
- Descriptions - Provide the details that customers use to compare similar products and make buying decisions. It should contain detailed information about the features and usage of the product as well as highlight specific product information not located elsewhere on the page.

I have the same situation , opened 2 cases. Got 3 emails from SS but no help so far , listings are steel suppressed due to main image missing ( even so they always had the main images and were active for more than a year ) . There is no way to update or upload ANY images as the listings are locked

Ive had this chronically the past week and the workaround here has been to click the suppression link and update the main image there-- NOT by editing the product and uploading there.

I am dealing with the same issue on 2 listings. Listings have been on Amazon for at least a year, selling as recently as 12/12/23. No changes made to either listing. Support has suggested the issue is caused by the image quality being under 1000 pixels BUT they are 1200 x 1200 and 1500 x 1500. Images have been and still are on the back end of each listing.

This exact same situation happened to me today. I have been reading forums (there's a lot of other sellers experiencing the same issue). I have been reading the thread and so far nobody has had any success. Nobody also has any tips/tricks to at least try.
After contacting support, my listing is no longer "search suppressed" and is now active but all the product images are not showing up (not just the main image this time but ALL). So even though it's active, my listing is useless. Losing a lot of sales.
