Variation Theme - Product with Multiple Colors and Sizes
Hi!
We have a product that comes in various colors and sizes.
Our listings have existed for more than 5 years without issue.
However, Amazon has currently issued us a warning on inconsistent child variations.
We do not see any valid value under the theme for foodstoragecontainer that aligns with the nature of our product (various colors and sizes).
If you have any experience managing a product with various colors and sizes on Amazon, could you please share which theme you used and how you arranged the variation?
We would greatly appreciate any insights or advice to address the issue.

Michelle at Amazon here! I understand that you are getting policy violations due to incorrect variation themes. You can only use what is listed in the template and it must match the item that you are listing. Here is a link to the templates for you to review. If size/color is not an option, then you are not allowed to list your products under size and color. As foodstoragecontainer doesn't allow this variation theme, unfortunately, you will not be able to list them as such, however, I will be sure to provide your feedback to the correct team to see if this can be added in the future.
