An error in the Amazon Messaging System resulted in the customer leaving a 1-star negative seller feedback.

Hello, I think Amazon message system is not working because we contacted this customer right after she reached us and immediately shipped a free replacement however she kept messaging us and saying that I cant reach the seller, and now she left a negative feedback saying that seller is not responding. Please see attached screenshot proof of our messages as you can see we responded very fast but Amazon message system is not working so we cant contact the customer. Since it is Amazon message system error please remove the customers seller feedback from our account. This is Amazon's fault so Amazon needs to fix this

Buyers can opt out of receiving seller messages, so they may have never seen your response. You can use this evidence though if they file a claim.

The message system works just fine. Amazon makes everything too difficult for people to ever find their messages. It should just go to their email. I never, ever get any messages in my email but if I go through the ten steps required to find the messages in my buyer account there they are. People don't want hard. They want easy. Ten steps or three steps or however many there are to find buyer messages are too many. They need to show up in email.

This is the norm. Customers usually ignore sellers. Few reply back.

Like Rockmen said too, Amazon makes communication difficult. This is intentional. Amazon does not want to encourage sellers to speak to buyers and vice versa. Amazon's dream is to totally and completely disconnect sellers from buyers.

You just have a clueless buyer who never bothered to look at their messages to see your responses unfortunately. Amazon doesn't make it real obvious you have sent them a message, especially if their email address on Amazon is wrong.

It's been a problem since we started selling on Amazon and they have not addressed the issue at all. My only conclusion is they do not want 3rd party sellers handling customer service. That's why they started CSBA.

Unfortunately, this has been going on for a long time. Amazon doesn't want to fix the problem. Amazon could fix this very easy by adding a notification link on the top right of the pages.

I also got a 1 because I didn't respond. We all know sellers DO respomd to every email. She also didn't get her refund instantly. So I get to keep the 1 as it wasn't removable.
