Hello everyone, I am a new seller and I really want to sell on Amazon. However, I am currently facing a problem. All of my information is brand new, and I have registered and joined the customer service video call. However, the customer service replied that they are unable to verify my account,
If you register as a new seller, your case will be closed and your account will not be activated.
If you are a seller who has already sold on Amazon, your seller account will not be immediately affected.
May I ask how to solve this problem? Looking forward to everyone's reply to Amazon.
