Shipment "closed" but inventory still "inactive(out of stock)"

Hello there,

I am a first time seller on Amazon. So as a trial run I sent one unit of a coffee filter to Amazon. I dropped the product off at a UPS drop off point on the 22nd November. On the 10th December (exactly 14 working days later), the shipment status changed to “closed”. All good so far. Screenshot provided:

Now when I go to “Manage inventory”, the product still shows as “inactive out of stock”. Screenshot provided:

Furthermore, when I go onto the buyer page I am not listed as a seller (I have obviously tried this logged out my account as well)

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Machine-Ceramic-Anti-Drip-Permanent-Reusable/dp/B07C4KXV47/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1544717477&sr=8-2-spons&keywords=aicook+coffee+filter&psc=1

I have called this number 0800 279 7234 and they said they couldn’t help me. They referred me onto "seller.amazon.co.uk” and then “contact us” so that I can fill out the form. Clearly this form is for new businesses and it says if you already sell on Amazon.co.uk then there is a link for provided for seller support. Now before I contact an Amazon associate, I want to know whether any of you have any idea as to what is the problem is?

Are you a professional seller?

If yes, you should be able to open a case and request a callback.

Having delays with FBA inventory being properly processed is nothing unusual in December.

I also have shipments, which are showing wrong numbers available/received but they are slowly appearing.

I would suggest you to wait a few more days and then open a case to get some help from Amazon.
