Shipping settings automatically changed!

Has anyone had this issue? Yesterday I noticed all any sales coming in are expected next day 1 day-delivery as a standard shipping, where as before we had economy 2-3 days for delivery.

I have the option for 2 day and 1 day express as an extra payment so I am not sure how the standard delivery has turned into a premium one?

I have not edited my shipping template at all, and amazon don't have a clue.

Any help would be much appreciated!

what does your shipping template actually say?

Only ask as amazon emailed us the other week to say they had changed our handling time to 1 day as that is what we’re doing mostly. We had it extended for security but Amazon still decided to change it.

Could it be they’ve done something?

I just double checked mine and they've change it to 0 from a default of 1.

Amazon, what are you playing at?

I changed it back to one, but the box above that - General fulfilment settings says "0-day handling time (with standard shipping)".

What on earth is going on? I don't have SSA enabled and there is no way I can see to change it.

Yep. We noticed that Amazon had reduced our handling times down from 2 days to 0 days without asking. It resulted in us having a shipping defect rate in most marketplaces. We raised a ticket with seller support but (as usual) they are blaming everything but themselves. We are waiting for their next excuse.

The same thing happened a few weeks ago. Is it effecting all your orders or just 1 or 2?

A few weeks ago, some orders were coming in marked as Next Day delivery but the order details showed that no extra premium had been paid by customer.

However, the customer had actually paid the premium but it just was not showing on the order page.

A few other sellers also had same issue. A few days later the order details page updated and showed that the customer had indeed upgraded and paid for premium delivery.

It is a ridiculous if it is happening again
