Assistance Needed with the In-Stock Head Start Program

We’re seeking assistance regarding the In-Stock Head Start program.

While the program works for some of our products, it’s not functioning for all of them. We submitted a case (Case ID: 16597168671) about this issue weeks ago, but it remains unresolved.

Additionally, we have several FBA inbound shipments currently with Amazon Partnered Carrier (UPS). These inventories should be reflected in the "Future Buyable Inventory," but they are not.

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to try to help with this. I can see in the case ending in 8671 the team is still working on getting this sorted out for you. We cannot escalate internally before giving the team the opportunity to get this fixed.
