Possible lost item
Hello everyone,
Does anyone know how to find where a missing item has gone. I sent 3 of something and sold 2. My manage inventory page says I have 0 available. Seller help says I need to contact support about the missing item. Not sure how to do that. Any advice?

If there was a way to figure out where a missing item had gone, then it wouldn't be missing
I would stat by clicking on the help button on the top right hand corner, and then following the instructions to open a case.

Check to see if you have any pending sales (that can make items unavailable).

Hi,
To locate your missing item, you can follow these steps:
1. Go to Reports > Fulfillment > Inventory Adjustments in Seller Central to check for discrepancies.
2. If the issue persists, open a case with Seller Support under the “Inventory” category and provide the ASIN and details.
They should investigate and help you reconcile the missing item. Good luck!

I had a couple of similar situations since a few weeks ago. I contacted Amazon using the Help tool and was told to wait because they were searching for them. I will contact them again after 30 days.
