Lego Ungating

I’m trying to ungate in Lego and I am unable to even submit an application. This is the email I get:

“Hello,We closed this case because you have submitted applications multiple times without providing new, updated, or required information. To appeal this decision, reply to this message and provide new documents for us to review. Do not submit a new application.”

Then I reply to the message and this is the email I get

“We're sorry. You've written to an address that cannot accept incoming e-mail. This automated response will direct you to the right place for an answer to your question or help you contact us if you need further assistance.You will find the answers to common questions in Seller Central Help. If you still need to get in touch with us, please do so using the customized case-related URL in the most recent e-mail we sent, or visit.”

So I’ve emailed csm-brand-review@amazon.com TWICE now and still crickets. No response. I just need to have someone manually review my application to Lego and it is automatically getting disqualified.

Consider yourself lucky that you were not able to list any. You would probably have been suspended almost immediately.

VACATION MODE while you start studying what you missed!

How much time have you spent studying Seller U (https://sell.amazon.com/learn) or reading the Forum about all the dozens/hundreds of sellers suspended for doing what you tried to do.

Here are the NEW rules for selling on the ‘new and improved’ Amazon.

The first question is -- Are you authorized IN WRITING by the BRAND to sell their items on Amazon? That means from the BRAND, not some random wholesale source that can NOT authorize anything – they only SELL.

More and more brands have provided a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.

The second (and probably more important) question is -- Where are you sourcing your products? Are you buying direct from the brand or through an AUTHORIZED wholesale source?

Have you verified with the BRAND that your distributor IS an authorized wholesale distributor for ALL of their products. Some wholesalers are only allowed to distribute portions of a product line.

NOTE – FOR 'GATED' CATEGORIES' DOING RA IS NOT PERMITTED ON AMAZON. PERIOD. If you have to 'apply to sell' you WILL need an INVOICE from an AUTHORIZED distributor and not a receipt.
