Item is missing and package is ripped into
hello
i need some advice about a buyer claims Item is missing and package is ripped into. usually they claim they never received the package so this one is king of new to me . i am willing to refund them but i saw it was delivered June 6 and just messaged me today june 12. also how can i file for reimbursement. do i file with usps or with amazon. i did bought the shipping label thru amazon.

If it were me I would ask for a picture for proof first. Then ask them to file for a refund and it's pretty straight forward from there. Don't do anything until they file a refund!
