HELP PLEASE – Account Deactivated Over historical item that was'nt gated in 2019
Hi everyone,Hoping someone in the community can help or offer advice.
My seller account has been fully deactivated over ASIN B01FZGW9XE (a Rolling Stones licensed product), even though it was sourced in good faith back in January 2019 from Lasgo Worldwide Media, a reputable UK supplier of Rolling Stones Branded Products.
At that time, there were no brand restrictions or gating — we were selling legitimately and well within Amazon’s policies.
But now, years later, we’re being penalised for something that was compliant at the time. It feels like Amazon is moving the goalposts, and there’s no real path to getting a fair review.
I’ve submitted: The original 2019 invoice
A detailed POA basically falling on my sword
Explanations of the timelineBut the responses have been robotic templates with no sign of a human review.
Appeals are getting shut down without meaningful feedback.
Has anyone here experienced something similar and managed to get it resolved?
Any advice would be hugely appreciated.

What was the reason that Amazon gave for the violation on the ASIN?
I suspect from a bing search it has been hijacked and turned into a listing for a babygrow onesie. I suspect this may be your issue.
You shouldn't get penalised if the listing is now gated, you wouldn't get a violation or account deactivation for that. You need to go back to the performance notification that Amazon gave you to find out what the issue is with the product.
