Fail to send inventory for iPhone 16 to the FBA because ASINs were blocked

Hello everybody,

Apple is expected to unveil its new iPhone 16 phones this September. Of course, as a seller selling accessories for apple, we are preparing for this period. The reason I am making this post is to express the problem that I and many other sellers experienced last year. To request an explanation from Amazon on this issue. Last year amazon closed all the listings in my store because I used the word “iPhone 15”. Many other sellers also had this problem. This was because Apple had not yet released the “iPhone 15” phones. In order for us to start selling phone cases on Apple's launch date, we need to create our listings before Apple's launch date and send the products to the Amazon warehouse. If this year amazon will forbid us to use the word “iPhone 16” before Apple's launch, how should we proceed?

Thank you.

Hello @Seller_xpn76ZUpNHWCW,

Thanks for posting regarding this inquiry. I see you have a related case 15982558581 in which Support had informed you that the Brand Protection violation has been removed from the listing as the product is officially launched now. They also provided additional troubleshooting steps to address the search suppression. Please refer to this update and let me know if you have any other questions.
