Section 3, multiple appeals rejected. How to eascalate or actually speak to someone
My account was one of the many accounts suspended over “concerns” about the authenticity of a product I purchased in good faith from Stylevana. There was clearly a blanket ban on many accounts at the same time. Over the last 3 months I must have submitted over 10 appeals and included enough evidence to fill a library. Including letters of authenticity from Stylevana. As many people have subsequently found out Stylevana don’t include contact details on their invoices. They are an Asian supplier and aren’t required to do so. It’s seems that Amazon point blank refuse to give myself, or anyone else in the same situation a fair hearing. Just to confirm, these products are 100% genuine products. I only ever sold 8 units and there weren’t any customer complaints. This situation is causing massive financial loss and massive stress and anxiety. All I ask is for is a fair hearing. Give me the chance to talk to someone and explain everything. You’re by treating your customers terribly and it needs to be reviewed. If anyone on here is willing to put themselves forward and offer some much needed help myself, and no doubt many others, would be extremely grateful. Thanks.

I’m afraid there is no telephone link available for the appeal team. Amazon won’t see this post either as you haven’t tagged mods in (not that they would get involved anyway with inauthentic problems) Surely every reputable wholesaler has their contact details on invoices ? Anyway you are only allowed a certain amount of appeals so 10 probably exceeds that
Have you tried to appeal admitting guilt (as Amazon clearly refuse your invoice) enclosing a proper invoice for more stock (10,at least) stating you will only buy from a legitimate source in future?
Your items may well be authentic but without a proper invoice Amazon class them as unauthentic
