May I know why Amazon mods are ignoring my post on seller forum?
I have posted about reimbursement case worth $1500/- in seller forum in hope of getting human review of the situation, the post is up since over 3 weeks and no mod from Amazon stopped by to check it out and resolve it, we have all required documents plus inventory ledger reports to prove our claim objectively, yet despite tagging mods, no one has stopped by to take a look or even respond...
