I have no idea what to do,

I am brand registered with a pending trademark (all verified by Amazon)

I own the EAN range and have provided them with my certificate that matches my verified business details on Amazon.

Ive provided them with the link to GS1's verification service which shows the EAN is registered to my company.

I have filled in the details of the registered brand on the GS1 number bank and it matches exactly what is in my draft.

I have 2 pallets of goods ready to go to FBA - I can't even create my listings.

I manufacture the products

I own the brand (pending trademark but verified by Amazon)

I own the EAN number range - Verified by sending my certificate

I have no idea what else to do. Amazon have said they are reaching out to the team that deals with GTIN approval but they won't tell me how long I have to wait.

Please someone help.
