a second opportunity of video call interview

Our Amazon European account was deactivated on Oct.6th, 2023 due to we failed in virtual identity verification interview on Sep.26th, 2023.

We've done several times submissions through Account Health Dashboards, we always get declined.

And the supports from Account Health Specialist are very different, some say the video verification is final, some say we should wait further notifications.

We are real operating company, and we have operated on Amazon for 4 years. We didn't engage in any deceptive or illeagal activity during the process of registering and operating our account on Amazon. We strictly follow Amazon's policies and seller code of conduct on Amazon.

We are now seeking for a second opportunity of video call interview to verify our account, where we can submitt our request, where we can get clear steps to reactivate our account.

We look for the help from Amazon.
