"Buy used" buy box images
My store usually sells used items and we take pictures of the items which are viewable when a buyer clicks "Other sellers on Amazon" and clicks on my store's offer. The issue happens when my item wins the buy box, which is great, but then none of the images are displayed. The buyer only sees the condition text description. I think this gives a poor buyer experience.

The Featured Offer is an offer for new products that we display on a product detail page with an Add to Cart button that customers can use to add items to their shopping carts.
As you mentioned you are selling Used items, your offer should not be displayed. Showing the picture of a new item is working as designed. As this may be affecting your customers' experience, it would be advisable to reach out to our Selling Partner Support team (here) so they can initiate an investigation.

We have had the same issue with used items getting buy box button, from experience we noticed when new items are sold out used items get the buy box, unfortunately Amazon did not help us, so we monitor constantly what is being sold and if we see our used item got the buy box before we ship the item we message the customer that they have purchased a used item, and 5 out of 10 they request to cancel the order. I know this is time consuming but its better than the customer receiving and returning it you lose out on the shipping because we refund the full amount and sometimes you will get a negative feedback.
