Grocery & gourmet invoice got denied
I’ve been trying to get my product approved in grocery & gourmet food for the past month and keep getting denied even though I’ve provided the invoice from the distributor, it has all the requirements. I keep getting emails by robots and they don’t even tell me what’s the reason the invoice got denied. The case id is 15314273811
Please help me on this situation!

You fail to mention the IMPORTANT part --
Do you have written permission (an LOA) from the BRAND(S) involved specifically saying that you can sell the items on Amazon?
You also just say "the distributor" NOT 'an authorized distributor."
Since you are new just be sure to follow the requirements for the new, improved Amazon.
STEP ONE! Have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here.
STEP TWO! Source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK.
IMPORTANT STEP THREE! If you have watched any YouTube or TikTok videos FORGET everything you saw there.
