FBA Shipment Error - My Fault - How do I fix it?
I accidently sent the same FBA Shipment twice using the same FBA LABELS and UPS LABELS. One of the shipments it was 100% correct and the other had the wrong product but the FNSKU labels matched the ASIN that was supposed to be shipped. How do I fix this?
I basically sent 10 units that were not correct and now are most likely mixed in with the correct ones because they all had the same FNSKU label applied.

Greetings,
If the shipment is already in transit, I recommend continuing to monitor its progress as it begins to be received at the FC. If any discrepancies occur as a result of the labeling issue, follow the instructions on this page to reconcile your shipment. Let me know if you have any questions!

Amazon is hopeless at fixing these sorts of issues. They almost always get it wrong. They don't have a good way to recall inventory that was sent in error or with some sort of defect in the FNSKU labels. Monitor the item and when it shows up as available, create a 'Removal Order'.
In my experience, if the FBA Shipment says "Red Ball" and the FNSKU label says "Blue Ball" and you sent Blue Balls - Amazon will reapply FNSKU labels to the Blue Balls saying that they're Red Balls. Then they'll check the inventory in and the customers will begin getting the wrong color. When the item is returned, Amazon will check the item back in as a resalable Red Ball creating an expensive defect loop or spiral. If the defect rate goes too high the item will be taken offline.
Sadly, there is zero critical thinking. Occasionally, they'll ask what to do about a discrepancy. It's always an expensive mistake.
I wish there was a way to recall inventory in transit.
