20 mmHg compression apparel and Nevada Law
I am a new seller attempting to list a compression apparel product as a medical device. I'm navigating the add product process through seller central for ASIN B0DB78HM72. I'm looking to get a definitive answer as to whether or not Amazon will be restricting the sell of compression apparel 20 mmHg and over listed as fda registered medical devices due to the Nevada state law. Update: I spoke with Greg Zunino on the Nevada State Board of Pharmacy. He has informed me that the board has overturned the 20 mmHg restriction and the law is in the process of being adjusted.

Some products have restrictions that prevent their sale in specific countries, states, or regions. This however does not prevent the products from being sold in other locations that are not subject to those restrictions. Regarding this particular regulation, if there are changes to the regulation Amazon's internal team will investigate and make appropriate changes to internal policy. Thank you for your understanding.
