Amazon not granting permission to our Distributor

Greetings,

We're encountering an issue with Amazon denying permission for our branded products to be distributed by a particular distributor. Despite submitting our application three times, we keep receiving the same reply, seemingly a copy and paste response.

The crux of the issue lies in the fact that both companies are registered at the same location, namely, our accountant's office. Consequently, when we generate an invoice, both entities have identical addresses but different company names.

It's worth noting that we've already authorized another company from our end, and their approval from Amazon has been granted.

Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
