New product listing deemed to be a Restricted product
I listed a New Product under my brand and was about to get the product shipped to amazon's warehouse, I received automated email from Amazon stating that Dental Excavators are not allowed to be sold on amazon. I explained in detail that the product can't be used as an excavator and is only used for Dental cleaning process but after going around the circles for over two weeks, I gave up and decided to delete the listing.
My question is that can I list the product again with more description about its use and with clear instructions of use?

Hi @Seller_ItKaZr4M2Ky8b
If the product already had an ASIN assigned when you previously listed it, it's crucial to avoid creating a duplicated detail page. Instead, you should relist the product using the same ASIN to update the existing detail page.
You can relist the product with more detailed descriptions and clear instructions about its intended use. However, you need to be very cautious and ensure that you provide accurate and transparent information to avoid any misunderstanding or violation of Amazon's policies.
