Can anyone please help as we have a buyer buying the same item and delivering to different addresses and contacting Amazon for a refund every time for a damaged items.. Buyer never return a single item.
How i can block this buyer or report it ?

You cannot block buyers on Amazon, and this sounds like the items being bought by dropshippers - a known scam, because they know they can get away with it, as they have no proof of the supposed damage, as they are not the recipient.

if the buyer provides a different phone number, I will contact the number provided to verify the order with the customer. I will explain any concerns regarding the pricing and clarify how it compares to the price offered by the drop shipper. Additionally, I will inform the customer that they may want to raise any discrepancies or concerns with the platform from which they made their purchase.

You may well find that the provided telephone number is a fake one.
There is a massive drop shipping scam currently ongoing with products listed on Temu. I would recommend checking there to see if you can find your item. If you do, it is likely that the "seller" is a genuine business that is completely unaware that their details have been used to open a fake Temu account. You are more likely to get some success in getting the item removed from Temu than you are to get anywhere with Amazon sadly. They seem to be quite happy to fund organised crime.
