Address on order is incorrect

I received an order for a book and my only shipping offers were FedEx. I ship USPS media mail and that's what I got paid for. So I put the address into my Stamps.com site and it says no such address, then I went to USPS.com and it agreed with stamps. I contacted Amazon, but I guess I got AI, not helpful. I contacted buyer twice, no response. Meanwhile I'm now in the late shipping window and amazon is threating cancelation. HELP!!

Your best bet is to cancel the order with "undeliverable address" being the reason; but notify the customer first. Let them know why you are canceling, and that you welcome them to reorder with an address served by USPS.

Unless it's an expensive book, taking the metrics hit is better than taking a loss (unless, of course, your account health is less than ideal)

for us that's usually because the buyer doesn't have USPS delivery at their home. Some parts of the countries require residents to have a PO Box. FedEx will delivery to the street address (which is why Amazon's buy shipping offered it to you).

We do as @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrwsuggests and cancel the order as 'underliverable address.'
