Not Receiving Reviews
I saw a guy who is selling a generic product. I visited his store, and he only has that one product listed, which he posted in March 2025. Surprisingly, he has already received 12 reviews on that single generic product. On the other hand, I posted my product back in January 2025, and I’ve sold over 350 units some of them are repeated customers, but I haven’t received a single review. Why is this happening? Both his and my products are in the same category.

- They could be doing Vine reviews
- They could include review requests in line with what amazon allow (ie a polite request within the packaging)
Of course, they could also be getting people they know to leave reviews - but you woudn't be able to prove that.

Some sellers also buy reviews. It's against the rules, but it happens. I don't know how someone got my details (of my business account), but I've received a few emails offering free products for positive reviews.
Just out of interest, are all the reviews overwhelmingly positive?
