I have missing stock and have been told to do a "Full Update" of which I can't do

I have sent 10 items to amazon to be listed and have decided to have them returned to me, Amazon has only sent 5 of them back to me and the other 5 have went missing, but doesn't show as being missing officially. I have been pointlessly contacting customer support and being told my inventory has been added to your account as B07VC7ZN6P, as part of a Product Redefinition. Exept nothing is showing as such and is just stuck in limbo. I then got slightly further a head with support and was told to do something called a Full Update, which I attempted to and have made mistakes and honestly just don't understand it. The fact that an Amazon employee can't see that i've sent 10 items, only received 5 back and can't manually add the 5 back on to my account in order to request them back is terrible. I really need someone at Amazon to address this. I'm sick of being told that someone in a different department will fix this only to give me some stock reply. I've had to upgrade from a personal account to a professional account just to attempt this Full Update stuff only to not be able to.

Case ID: 10714798992 claiming Amazon has amended my inventory by 5, though I should still have 5 products left over.

Case ID: 10695199572 Telling me to do this "Full Update"
